What Story Are You Telling Yourself?

What Story Are You Telling Yourself? And Are You Even Aware of the Whole Story?

A lot of what we think about ourselves is often an unconscious narrative. A story we tell ourselves based on past experiences, our interactions with others, and our own expectations. This story influences how we see ourselves, how we feel, and even how we react to the world around us.

When you think about your own self-image, what do you hear? Do you often feel insecure, unworthy, or maybe not good enough? Those thoughts aren’t always true – they are stories we tell ourselves, often unconsciously. And it is exactly there, in the unconscious, that change can begin.

In my practice, we work together to uncover your story. We explore which beliefs and patterns are limiting you and create awareness. Through psychosocial therapy, hypnotherapy, and EMDR, you’ll have the space to get to know yourself again and embrace your potential.

Do you recognize yourself in the idea that maybe you’re telling a story that no longer fits or serves you well? It’s time to examine those beliefs. Your story is not set in stone – you have the power to examine your personal narrative and begin walking new paths.
